what about the wind?
When setting up outdoors, wind isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a genuine test of your equipment. That’s why this product has been engineered and tested for exposed locations, including coastal and open areas where wind can intensify rapidly.
Tested to Eurocode NEN-EN 1991-1-4 standards, it withstands wind pressures of up to 500 N/m², equivalent to wind speeds of 120 km/h at a height of 10 metres — among the most demanding conditions in wind load calculations. These results take into account terrain roughness, turbulence, and average wind patterns. You can download the full calculation here.

WOODEN
TENSION POLES
Our custom-designed wall and door poles, beautifully crafted from treated natural wood, ensure your bell tent remains perfectly tensioned while reducing the space needed for setup. They also bring an elegant, natural aesthetic to your glamping tent.
Short guy poles for the tent walls are available for the Safari Bell 5 and Safari Bell 7.
Long door poles, required for the door opening, are also available for both the Safari Bell 5 and Safari Bell 7.
